Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms apply when you create an account, access or use S91BOX. Using the Platform confirms your acknowledgement and acceptance of the applicable Terms governing its services and activities.

Minimum Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use S91BOX. Users must also comply with applicable laws and regulations when accessing or using the Platform.

Registration Information and KYC

Users must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date registration information. S91BOX may also request identity verification (KYC). Accounts that fail to satisfy applicable eligibility or verification requirements may be suspended or restricted.

One Account Per User

Each user may register and maintain only one (1) account. Multiple accounts must not be created to obtain unfair advantages or circumvent Platform rules.

Account Security and Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, maintaining account confidentiality and all activities conducted through their accounts. Account access should not be shared with other people.

Account Sharing, Sale and Transfer

Users must not share, sell or transfer their accounts. S91BOX may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraud, promotional abuse, multiple-account creation or other violations of these Terms.

Services Available Through S91BOX

S91BOX provides online services that may include Blind Box purchases, digital collectibles, Buyback services, promotional campaigns, reward programs, physical prize redemption where applicable, and withdrawal services for eligible balances.

Changes to Platform Services

S91BOX may modify, suspend or discontinue Platform services without prior notice. The availability of individual services or features may therefore change over time.

Blind Box Purchase and Prize Results

Every completed Blind Box purchase guarantees one (1) prize. Prize results are randomly generated by the Platform system, while applicable prize probabilities are displayed on the corresponding product page.

Final Prize Results

Once a Blind Box purchase has been completed, its prize result cannot be modified, exchanged or manually influenced. Winner records are displayed publicly on the corresponding product page for transparency.

Fixed Prize Pools

Each prize pool contains a fixed quantity of prizes. When all prizes within the current pool have been claimed, a new prize pool automatically becomes available.

Fair and Transparent Experience

S91BOX states that its Blind Box system is designed to provide a fair and transparent experience, supported by displayed prize probabilities and publicly visible winner records.

Review Before Confirming Payment

Users are responsible for reviewing transaction and payment details before confirming a payment. A successfully completed payment is considered final.

Top-Up Balance and Payment Providers

Top-up balances are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Payment processing is also subject to the policies and requirements of the selected payment provider.

Suspicious Transactions

S91BOX reserves the right to reject or cancel transactions identified as suspicious when necessary for security purposes.

Eligible Prizes and Buyback Values

Certain prizes may qualify for the Buyback feature. Where Buyback is available, the applicable value is determined by S91BOX and may change without prior notice.

Final Buyback Transactions

A Buyback transaction becomes final after confirmation. Balances obtained through Buyback remain subject to the Platform’s applicable withdrawal rules.

RM1 Purchase Buyback Processing Fee

All RM1 Purchase Buyback transactions are subject to a 10% processing fee. Users should review the applicable Buyback information before confirming a transaction.

Eligible Withdrawable Balances

Only balances designated by S91BOX as withdrawable are eligible for withdrawal. Other balances cannot be withdrawn unless the Platform specifically designates them as eligible.

Daily Withdrawal Limits

Users may submit a maximum of three (3) withdrawal requests per calendar day, with a maximum cumulative withdrawal amount of RM10,000 per calendar day.

KYC and Security Review

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests may also undergo security screening and risk assessment.

Withdrawal Restrictions

S91BOX may delay, reject, suspend or cancel a withdrawal request when suspicious activity, fraud, regulatory concerns or security risks are identified.

Promotions, Rewards and Referral Programs

S91BOX may organize promotional events, reward campaigns, Referral programs and limited-time activities. Each campaign is governed by the specific rules published for that activity on the Platform.

Campaign Changes and Disqualification

S91BOX may modify campaign mechanics or cancel or suspend a campaign. Users involved in fraudulent or abusive activities may be disqualified, and rewards obtained through violations of campaign rules may be revoked.

Prohibited Account and System Activities

Users must not create or operate multiple accounts, use bots, scripts or automated tools, manipulate prize systems or Platform activities, or abuse promotional campaigns and referral programs.

Fraudulent and Deceptive Activities

Users must not submit false information or engage in illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities. Users must also respect the intellectual property rights of S91BOX and third parties.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of Platform rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of rewards or permanent termination of the relevant account.

S91BOX Platform Content

Platform content, including logos, graphics, images, software, text, product information and Platform design, belongs to S91BOX or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Restrictions on Content Use

S91BOX content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or otherwise used without prior written permission from S91BOX.

Temporary Service Interruptions

Although S91BOX strives to maintain uninterrupted services, temporary interruptions may occur because of system maintenance, software updates, technical failures, third-party service disruptions or events beyond the Platform’s reasonable control.

Service Interruption Responsibility

Under these Terms, S91BOX is not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

Scope of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S91BOX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from user negligence, third-party payment providers, logistics providers, internet or network failures, or force majeure events.

Rights Under Applicable Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Updates to the Terms of Service

S91BOX may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective immediately after they are published on the Platform.

Continued Use of S91BOX

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users should review this page periodically for changes.

Laws of Malaysia

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the parties cannot reach a resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Malaysia.
